We provide tailoring, alteration, ready made clothing, and wedding-related items for sale or rent. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Orders & Appointments
Orders are confirmed only after measurement, consultation, or payment (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design preferences.
Appointment times must be respected. Late arrivals may be rescheduled.
3. Pricing
Prices may vary depending on design complexity, fabric, and customization.
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Payments
Full or partial payment may be required before starting tailoring work.
Payments made are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Alterations & Fittings
We strive for perfect fitting; however, minor adjustments may be required.
Limited free alterations may be offered within a specified time.
Additional alterations may incur extra charges.
6. Rental Items (If Applicable)
Rental items must be returned in original condition.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Damaged or lost items will be charged accordingly.
7. Delivery & Collection
Estimated completion times are provided but not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to workload, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Deposits are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, text, designs) belongs to Elegance Beauty & Suits and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Slight variations in color or design
Delays due to external factors
Customer measurement inaccuracies
